Cleaned 10 large floor to ceiling electric Silhouette shades. My 10 large Silhouette shades were covered with concrete construction dust. Brent called me several times to update me on the progress of the shades. He was great, the shades look great. He did a wonderful job and was a pleasure to work with.

One of our cordless blinds no longer would go up–it got stuck at about 2 inches up. They were able to repair it but, initially, the blind then got stuck on the way down at 2 inches above the window sill. They picked the blind up from our house and re-repaired it and now it works. It took a week for the initial repair and another week for the 2nd repair which was not charged for.
